Paris Men's Fashion Week opens today under the watchful eye of fashion professionals and enthusiasts from around the world. This year, the event dedicated to the Spring/Summer 2026 collections will be based at the Palais de Tokyo until Sunday, June 29, 2025.
The event is already shaping up to be an exceptional moment for the fashion industry, bringing together the biggest designers and attracting an international audience. The French capital is betting big on this edition, unlike Milan, which has unveiled a rather “light” schedule, and London, which has simply decided to cancel Men's Fashion Week, deemed “unprofitable” by the British Fashion Council. The Paris edition, which is eagerly awaited, has a very busy schedule: 70 fashion houses will showcase their creations starting today, with 30 presentations and 40 fashion shows.

Saint Laurent will kick off the event at 5 p.m. (CEST), under the artistic direction of Anthony Vaccarello, after more than two years of absence. Pharrell Williams will unveil the Spring/Summer 2026 collection for Louis Vuitton later in the day. After the Pont Neuf and a final grandiose show at the Louvre in January, the American singer-songwriter has this time chosen the forecourt of the Centre Pompidou, which has closed its doors for five years. Simon Porte Jacquemus will close the event at the Orangerie du Château de Versailles with his “Le Paysan” collection. No stranger to shows outside the official calendar, the designer returns this year to the iconic venue he chose in 2023 for “Le Chouchou.”
The week will also feature showrooms, workshops, and conferences, offering a comprehensive overview of the industry and its developments at a very delicate time for the sector, marked by economic upheaval and a veritable “mercato” of designers.
Indeed, the fashion world has recently seen several houses change their artistic and strategic direction, such as Dior, which will present Jonathan Anderson's first collection in Paris on June 27, after he succeeded Kim Jones last spring. The collection is probably the most eagerly awaited of the week and is already causing a sensation: J.W Anderson has chosen soccer star Kylian Mbappé as the “ideal ambassador”—according to a press release published this morning by the fashion house—to embody his collection in a video campaign in which he appears dressed in Dior's summer 2026 designs.
Other highlights of this Men's Fashion Week include Hermès, Kenzo, Dries Van Noten (who will unveil Julian Klausner's first collection), Yamamoto, Issey Miyake, as well as the presence of young avant-garde brands capable of shaking up the codes, such as the Indian label Kartik Research, Camiel Fortgens, Camperlab and P. Andrade.
On the sidelines of the event, the public will be able to discover the “Balenciaga by Demna” exhibition at the Kering group's headquarters, which traces the designer's decade at Balenciaga, as well as the huge Rick Owens retrospective at the Palais Galliera. Swedish brand Acne Studio will open its first gallery, “Acne Paper,” at the Palais Royal on June 26. For the second year in a row, “Miu Miu Summer Reads” will take over the Bibliothèque Nationale de France on June 27 and 28 with a reading program paying tribute to women.
The economic impact of Fashion Week on the city of Paris is considerable. It is estimated that this event generates around €1.2 billion in direct and indirect revenue each year. This includes income for the hotel, restaurant, and tourism sectors, attracting nearly 30,000 international visitors during the last Fashion Week.
