Watches and Wonders Geneva 2027 Announces the Arrival of Four Brands, Including Damiani and Breitling
Watches and Wonders Geneva has just unveiled the dates for its next edition, which will take place from April 5 to 11, 2027. This announcement comes with some major news: the arrival of Breitling, Damiani, Gallet, and Universal Genève. The fair further solidifies its status as an unmissable event for the industry.
The fair will open its doors on Monday, April 5 (whereas it usually begins on a Tuesday), and as is customary, the first few days will be reserved for industry professionals, before welcoming the general public for a three-day weekend, from Friday through Sunday.

The Arrival of New Leading Players
This is undoubtedly the big news of this edition: Breitling, Gallet, and Universal Genève will make their debut at the fair, united under the “House of Brands” banner. It was during Dubai Watch Week on November 19, 2025, that CEO Georges Kern officially unveiled this concept, bringing the three brands together under a single strategic vision.
Alongside them, the Italian house Damiani will also make its debut at Watches and Wonders. While the Italian brand has long offered jewelry watches, it is particularly interesting to understand the synergies underlying this arrival. Recently, Richemont confirmed the sale of Baume & Mercier to the Damiani Group, with the transaction expected to be finalized in the summer of 2026.
A Strong Signal for the Entire Industry
The arrival of these new brands underscores how important it is for watchmakers today to showcase their new releases at these major international events and to pool their international visibility, all while reaching out directly to enthusiasts and collectors.
This major event in the world of fine watchmaking will be followed—and this is a first—by the inaugural Basilia watch and jewelry fair, dedicated to the entry-level and mid-range segments of the industry. This new fair has not yet announced its dates, but is expected to overlap with the end of the trade-only days at Watchers and Wonders Geneva.
Further announcements are expected in the coming months.
