For thirty years, Omega has accompanied James Bond on every one of his missions. This time, the Biel-based brand, owned by the Swatch Group, brings the Spectre organization into the story and lets its clients choose their side.
The sets, limited to 77 pieces each and priced at 75,700 francs, include a steel watch numbered on a plate at 9 o'clock and a platinum-gold timepiece on a leather strap; they are sold only as a set (Omega)
Blue or black, hero or adversary? With its new Seamaster Diver 300M models, unveiled on October 5, Omega is not content to simply dress 007: it turns one of cinema's most famous duels into a matter of style. On one side, His Majesty's agent, defined by discipline and loyalty. On the other, a secret society acting in its own interest, without holding itself to the same rules. Raynald Aeschlimann, President and CEO of Omega, sums up what is at stake: "Both belong to the same story, and our customers have always known both sides of it. Now they can wear both."
Six models in total: each universe has a stainless-steel version sold individually and a limited-edition set bringing together two other pieces.

The James Bond Side
For those who see themselves in the hero, the steel version, priced at $8,600, plays on deep ocean tones: a dial engraved with waves, a titanium bezel and a steel mesh bracelet. At 12 o'clock, the index takes the shape of a coat of arms. But the most successful nod is hidden on the back, where the gun barrel, a motif inseparable from the saga, appears on the movement through the transparent caseback.
The Spectre Side
The black version takes the opposite approach. A grained dial, a ceramic bezel: here, everything is about restraint. On the back, the Spectre octopus spreads its tentacles across the mechanism. Same bracelet, same price, only the personality changes.
Two Sets Limited to 77 Pieces
The choice becomes more of a commitment with the sets, each limited to 77 pieces and priced at $89,800. They pair a steel watch, numbered on a plate at 9 o'clock, with a platinum-gold piece on a leather strap, sold only together. On the latter, the 18-karat white gold dial takes on a gradient: blue with a gun-barrel pattern for Bond, dark gray with an octopus for Spectre. The rotor emblem, for its part, switches to 18-karat Moonshine™ Gold. Even the strap keepers declare their allegiance: engraved with 007 on one side, marked with the octopus on the other.
Behind the role-play, the strategy is clear. By opening its license to a new universe within the saga, Omega revives a historic partnership and reaches two audiences, from the enthusiast drawn to a steel piece to the collector ready to treat themselves to a set. One question remains: which character do you want to wear on your wrist?
