The Watches and Wonders Geneva Foundation (WWGF) is dedicated to promoting watchmaking excellence around the world. This new foundation, created in September 2022, aims to organise physical and digital watch and jewellery exhibitions in Geneva and abroad.

It will be directed by a Foundation Board chaired by Jean-Frédéric Dufour, CEO of Rolex. Emmanuel Perrin Head of Specialist Watchmakers at Richemont has been appointed as vice-president. Together with the founding members, their task will be to define the main strategic lines of this ambitious project. The Exhibitors' Committee, composed of representatives of the exhibiting companies, will continue to meet to take all necessary decisions.

Matthieu Humair, current CEO of the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie (FHH), becomes CEO of the Watches and Wonders Geneva Foundation. The WWGF will be based in Geneva. The Watches & Wonders exhibition currently includes 49 watch brands.

The Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie, created in 2005, which until now has been responsible for organising the Watches & Wonders exhibition, should remain active, as some of its partner brands, such as Bulgari, Audemars Piguet and Breitling, are not exhibiting at Watches & Wonders.
