The Accor Group’s luxury hotel brand is launching a global e-commerce platform dedicated to fashion, accessories, home decor, and travel goods. This initiative aims to extend the Raffles experience beyond the guest’s stay and diversify the brand’s revenue streams.

The items feature the visual signatures of the Raffles hotel brand, including its famous palm tree print (The Little Shop by Raffles)
Launched on November 2, 2026, the platform—named “The Little Shop by Raffles”—is inspired by a boutique that opened in 1947 within the legendary Raffles Hotel in Singapore.
The items were designed in collaboration with stylist Jessica Diehl, former creative director of Vanity Fair magazine. They feature the hotel brand’s signature visual elements, notably its famous palm tree print.

Ginori 1735, Christofle, and Frette among the partners

The collection also draws on partnerships with several prestigious brands, including Ginori 1735, Christofle, Frette, Globe-Trotter, and Smythson. Examples include Christofle coffee mugs, priced at around $400, and Ginori candles, sold for about $250.
Available online, with delivery within the United States and international shipping upon request, the collection will also be available at hotels in Paris, London, and Boston. Raffles London at The OWO will host its own boutique. By combining a digital platform with physical retail locations, The Little Shop aims to reach both guests staying at Raffles properties and a broader external clientele.

A Diversification Strategy Beyond the Hotel Industry

By associating its name with prestigious brands and exclusive creations, Raffles aims to make its brand a recognizable symbol of belonging beyond its hotels. The initiative comes as the brand is expanding. As of the end of June 2026, the group operated 25 hotels, totaling 3,905 rooms. Following the opening of Raffles Sentosa Singapore in 2025, the brand is continuing its expansion with Raffles The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia and is preparing to open properties on Lake Como in 2027 and in Courchevel for the winter of 2028.
The brand is part of the Accor Group, whose revenue reached 5.64 billion euros in 2025. In the third quarter of 2026, its Luxury & Lifestyle division, which includes Raffles, generated 404 million euros in revenue, representing an 11.6% increase.
To be confirmed before publication: “Launched yesterday” should be replaced with a specific date. The group’s figures and the dates of upcoming openings also warrant a final review.
Key Points:
- The Little Shop by Raffles brand offers a selection of fashion, accessories, home decor, and travel items inspired by the brand's world.

- Ginori 1735, Christofle, Frette, Globe-Trotter, and Smythson are among the partners in this collection, developed in collaboration with Jessica Diehl, former creative director of Vanity Fair.

- The platform will be complemented by brick-and-mortar stores in several locations as Raffles continues its international expansion.
