Humanity in Black and White
For half a century, the Sebastião Salgado’s work has left its mark on the history of modern humanist and documentary photography. Until June 1, the Brazilian artist is exhibiting his black-and-white photographs at Les Franciscaines in Deauville, France, offering a striking insight into the reality of poverty in Africa and Latin America since the 1970s.
