The talk explored how luxury watch brands can balance tradition with modern demands, focusing on IWC’s approach to sustainability, storytelling, and innovation.
Christoph Grainger-Herr, who transitioned from a background in interior design to CEO of IWC in 2017, emphasized the importance of strategic foresight in maintaining relevance. He traced IWC's history from its founder, Florentine Ariosto Jones to its current reputation for engineering technical masterpieces.
