The famous Nazca lines, a subject of mystery and wonder for decades, still captivate and intrigue. How were they formed? What could they have been used for? Discovered in 1927 in the Nazca desert in southern Peru, these geoglyphs are the work of the Nazca civilisation, a pre-Inca culture that developed between 300 BC and 800 AD.
